Kialla sunflower kernels are produced by freshly dehulling sunflower grains:
- rich in dietary fibre
- high in protein and a good source of minerals including iron
- the fat content is largely mono-unsaturated
Use as a snack food, either on its own, or mixed with other seeds and nuts. Can also be added to many other foods including cereals, stir fries, baked goods etc
