A traditional natural rolled oat base infused with cinnamon and abundant sultanas, apple and pear. Embrace the importance of starting your day with a wholesome, nutritious and inspiring breakfast.

Winter - During the colder months, heat through by gently simmering one part porridge with two parts liquid until creamy. 

Summer - For the warmer weather, add a little liquid without heating and/or yoghurt. Liquids such as apple or pear juice, rice milk, soy or water may be used. Yoghurt, honey and fruit may also be added.
