Huge new study reveals the vast differences between organic food and non organic food: favouring organic food for its nutritional content

The nutritional quality is far superior in organic food than its non organic counter part. That is at least what the largest study thus far comparing organic to non-organic animal products suggests. This study suggests that meat from organically farmed animals is 47 percent higher in omega 3 fatty acids than non organic meats and organic milk products is 56 percent higher.
There’s a change in consciousness among some consumer segments, people are starting to think about those on the other side of the product. Full article here.

A previously skeptical doctor has come around to the benefits of organic food, concluding that Organic food saves bowel bacteria. Dr Mark Donohoe, a Sydney GP with a special interest in environmental medicine.says that many agricultural pesticides are lethal to good bacteria in the bowel.
