In a frying pan, add a knob of coconut oil and heat to medium heat until oil melts. Dice the mushrooms and add to pan for 3-4 minutes. Wash and dice the chard (silverbeet or english spinach, including the stalks, and add to the pan with the mixed organic seasoning for another 3-4 minutes, until mushrooms and chard soften.
Finely dice the parsley and add to the pan for no more than a minute. Serve immediately on buttered toast. Yum!!
Try using organic ingredients to ensure complete chemical free mushroom on toast. It is preferable to choose nutritious wholemeal toast.
