Burgers don't have to be junk food! Try this delicious and easy burger recipe from scratch - delicious!
handful of breadcrumbs
4 sprigs fresh parsley (leaves picked and finely chopped)
20g grated parmesan cheese
1 large egg (beaten)
400g organic beef minced
black pepper (optional)
dash of balsamic vinegar
8 miniburger buns
Grate the onion and then place in a mixing bowl, together with the breadcrumbs, parsley, cheese, egg, mince, balsamic vinegar and seasonings. Combine everything using clean hands. Divide the mixture and make small burger shaped patties. Place these burgers onto an oiled baking tray, cover with cling film and place in fridge for 30 minutes in order for the burgers to firm up. After 30 minutes, place each burger onto a hot, oiled frying pan. Press down with a spatula and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve your burgers in the mini buns with as many toppings as you like. Some favourites are sliced avocado, grated carrot, tomato sauce, lettuce, pickles. Enjoy!
