FAQ: Delivery
How much is your delivery fee?
We charge a flat $8.50 for the areas we deliver to in metropolitan Sydney and Melbourne.
Is there a minimum amount I need to order?
Yes, the minimum amount for any order is $40.00 (excludes delivery).
What if I want my organic shopping order delivered at a specific time?
Please let us know but we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time window. We will of course do our best to meet your requirements via our friendly drivers.
What if I am not home when your driver comes?
Simply let us know (either in the special instructions during the checkout process, or via email) the best spot to leave the box. Most of our customers are not home when the delivery arrives. Popular options are "by the front door in the shade", "in the garage", "down the left hand side of the house, by the back door" etc If we don’t have specific instructions, and you are not home, our drivers will use their experience to leave the box in the safest, shadiest spot possible.
Help, I live in a secure block of units and may not be home when the driver comes. What can I do?
We have solved almost every logistical challenge presented to our business over our many years of delivering fresh organic produce, so there is usually a way! Let us know your specific details and we can discuss…ideas used in the past include having your goodies delivered to work or leaving them with a neighbor.
What about fridge/dairy items?
These will be kept chilled whilst with our drivers, so you should consider whether you will be home when we deliver these items to you. If not, you could consider leaving an eskey for us to deliver the 'fridge items' into. Obviously once our driver delivers the goods to you, you are responsible for their condition...
