3 cups dessicated coconut
2 cups fresh dates, pitted
Blend the dates in a processor for about 3-4 minutes, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Remove from processor and roll into teaspoon-sized balls. Roll in the coconut until covered. Store in airtight containers.
