Kialla sunflower kernels are produced by freshly dehulling sunflower grains:

• rich in dietary fibre
• high in protein and a good source of minerals including iron
• the fat content is largely mono-unsaturated

Use as a snack food, either on its own, or mixed with other seeds and nuts. Can also be added to many other foods including cereals, stir fries, baked goods etc
