The Importance of Nutrition Information
We think it is important that you have access to as much nutritional information as possible when planning your weekly shopping needs. So we have included some high level information relating to the key vegetables that we supply...but remember, if you need specific advice relating to your particular circumstances, you should speak to a medical advisor/nutritionist. 

Overview of Vegetable Nutrition Qualities
In general, yellow and dark green vegetables are excellent sources of vitamin A.  Green leafy vegetables are rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamin C and many of the B vitamins.  The greener the leaf, the richer the nutrients will be.
