Pear and Grape Salad
Simple, easy and healthy!
Ingredients
4 pears diced and sliced
2 cups red or green seedless grapes
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon rice or white wine vinegar
Fresh basil, finely chopped
Cos lettuce leaves
Method
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar and basil. In a large salad bowl mix together the other ingredients, Pour dressing over and toss to coat well.
