Do I have to be Home to Receive My Box of Organic Goodies?

Many of our customers are not home during the day when our driver arrives. In the vast majority of cases we can find a safe spot around your house - under a porch, around the back near the back door - you give us the special instructions and we'll do the rest. Preferred spots are under cover and in the shade. If you live in a unit or have no appropriate spots, we can either deliver it to your place of work or leave it with a trusted neighbour. Have a talk to us, we have solved most delivery problems over the years!

Delivery Charge: Sydney and Melbourne Home Delivery

We charge one flat fee of $8.50, including GST, anywhere in Sydney or Melbourne. Not bad, when you consider petrol costs, parking problems and time spent travelling to and from the supermarket. Please note our miminum order amount pre-delivery charge is $48.50 (so $57.00 including the delivery charge).

Paying for Your Home Delivered Organic Shopping

The preferred method of payment is by credit card, which for security reasons, has to be input each time you place an order. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. Your card is not debited until AFTER delivery day, to ensure you are happy with everything prior to being charged.
